How to use the weight loss Calculator:

  1. Enter your current weight, height, age, and activity level, as well the time period for losing weight and the number of pounds (or kilos) you want to lose.
  2. Click "Calculate."
  3. The Weight Loss Calculator will tell you what your target weight loss is and how many calories you will in order to:
  • maintain your current weight
  • How many calories to reduce daily to reach your goal
  • How many calories to consume daily in order to reach your weight loss goal
    • Please Note: This weight loss calculator will not give results that are below 1200 calories a day for women and below 1800 calories a day for men, as this would be extremely unhealthy. If you are wanting to lose weight at a faster pace then try increasing your exercise levels or lowering your fat intake.
