    I think it’s easier to lose weight if you are still young, since a younger body has a faster metabolism rate compared to an older one. Discipline and self control are some of the things I did that made me become successful enough to lose my excess weight during my teens. Now, it’s harder to lose the extra pounds I’ve gained when I started to work in an office, and the weight loss methods I’ve used during my teen years don’t seem to work anymore.
